2 Aug 2009 - Sunday

Sunday is the most happiest day of the week for Chee Chee, as mummy and daddy will accompany her the whole day and plan all sorts of activities for her. This Sunday morning, as usual, we had attended our MusikGarten Class. This week, we had a new comer to the class, but that baby boy was crying for the whole session and did not enjoyed any part of the lesson. Chee Chee had a great time playing and dancing with other babies in the class.

After the class, we decided to go to Mcdonalds at Sunrise Tower. It has been quite some times we never been there. But Suk Suk, Sen Sen and Grace just went there on the day before, so they decided not to join us at Mcdonald.

Chee Chee was having lots of fun playing in the playground in the Mcdonald. She met a lot of new friends in the playground. It was a good physical exercise for Chee Chee to run up and down in the play ground. After spending about half an hour in the playground, Chee Chee decided to have some rest and drink. All of us sat down together and enjoyed our delicious Mcdonald pancake breakfast set. Chee Chee loves the pancake very much.

After spending nearly 2 hours in Mcdonald, we decided to go home for some rest. We had some rest, sitting under the fan in the dining area. Chee Chee was admiring at Grace's new rain forest jumper. It is a nice gym chair for infant, Chee Chee is too big to fit into the jumper. So she only get to touch and watch Grace plays on the jumper.

After Chee Chee catched some afternoon nap, mummy woke her up at 5pm as we planned to go to Penang Swimming Club for some swim. Chee Chee was so excited and quickily woke up to get herself ready for a swim.

It got there quite early and it was a beautiful for a swim. Chee Chee was so excited and can't wait to jump into the swimming pool. All of us had a great time playing in the swimming pool.

At night, we had our dinner at Tian Tian Restaurant. We had a great dinner together. After the dinner, mummy and daddy need to do some grocery shopping. All of us went to Giant and we had a great shopping together. It was a wonderful Sunday.

29 Jul 2009 – (Wednesday) Mummy was on leave this day

Mummy was on leave on this day to accompany Chee Chee at home. Both of us woke up late and had our breakfast at home. Chee Chee was so excited to see mummy staying at home with her. She is really a pampered girl and wants mummy to do everything for her. No matter where she goes, she just wants mummy to follow with.



At around 12noon, mummy and Chee Chee were quite boring. While Poh Poh was preparing our lunch, mummy decided to bring Chee Chee to her favourite shopping spot, Gurney. Both of us went to Popular Bookstore in Gurney Plaza and spend about 1 hour in there. We had a great time shopping together.

26 July 2009 – Sunday

It was a lovely Sunday morning, all of us woke up early for the MusikGarten class. As usual, after the music class, we would plan for our brunch with Suk Suk, Sen Sen and Grace. On this day, we decided to go to Coffee Bean at Gurney Plaza for our brunch.

We met Suk Suk, Sen Sen and Grace at the Coffee Bean. Daddy had ordered 2 sets of breakfast for us. Chee Chee loves the toast in the breakfast set. She had a great moment sitting down and enjoying the sunny sunshine with the delicious toast.

After a while, grandma also came to meet us at Coffee Bean. She ordered a cup of coffee and sat with us enjoying our meals. It was a great morning. After the brunch, we had some shopping at the Popular bookstore. Chee Chee had bought some bed time story books as she was bored with her old story books already.

At night, grandma recommended to go to a new restaurant which is located some where at Tanjung Bungah. Mummy cannot remember the name of the restaurant and also forgot to take some photos of the restaurant; therefore, there is no record of this new restaurant that we went on this night. But all of us had a great time together.

25 July 2009 - Saturday

As usual, Saturday is our gym session in the morning. Chloe and auntie Eileen came to Poh Poh's house for breakfast before our gym class. After the gym class, we just spend out whole afternoon at Poh Poh' house.

At night, mummy and daddy were going to their friend's house for steamboat dinner. Mummy decided to bring Chee Chee along. We were going to uncle Hun Lin and auntie Mindy's house. They have the swimming pool and playground at the apartment which Chee Chee may go and have some fun there.

We reached uncle Hun Lin's house at around 7pm as mummy need to prepare something for their steamboat dinner. As it was too late for a swim, so Chee Chee just had some fun with daddy playing at the playground while mummy and all the aunties and uncles preparing their steamboat.

The steamboat was ready at about 8pm as all of us were waiting for auntie Elisa's delicious soup. Initially, baby Grace and baby Ryan planned to join the party but at very last moment, they decided to stay at home. So no baby plays to Chee Chee, Chee Chee has no choice, so she has to play with all aunties and uncles only.

However, it was a great night for such homey gathering at uncle Hun Lin's house. Their house is very warm and lovely. All of us had a pleasure moment gathered together. Besides, the steamboat was quite delicious as well. While mummy and daddy enjoying their steamboat, Chee Chee also had her delicious porridge which cooked by Poh Poh. It was a great night and special thanks to uncle Hun Lin and auntie Mindy.

19 July 2009 - Sunday

On this Sunday, we woke up early for our MusikGarten class. After the class, we went to Island Plaza Dim Sum restaurant with Suk Suk, Sen Sen and Grace. Grandpa and Grandma did not join us for breakfast as they were flying down to KL for a day trip with their friends.

We reached Island Plaza at around 11:00am for our dim sum brunch. It has been quite sometimes we did not come to this dim sum restaurant. Chee Chee loves to eat the siu mai. All of us had a great moment together. After dim sum, we had some shopping at Island Plaza.

In the afternoon, all of us had our afternoon nap at home. We woke up at 5pm and decided to go to Penang Swimming Club for a swim. Mummy had bought Chee Chee a new float life jacket which make her swim easier and safer. It was a healthy and joyful outting for all of us.

18 July 2009 – (Saturday) Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang’s Registration of Marriage Ceremony

This was a big big day for Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang. Their Registration of Marriage ceremony would be held at Penang Chinese Town Hall on 12 noon. All of us were very excited and looking forward to witness this special day for them both.

As the ceremony would be started at 12noon, Chee Chee still managed to join Chloe and Auntie Eileen to our Tumbletots class. As usual, we went to the class at around 10am and came back at 11am. Once we got back from class, we immediately got ourselves changed and dressed nicely. All of us, including Gong Gong, Poh Poh, San Yi Yi, San Yi Chang, Si Yi Yi, Siao Yi Yi, “Probation” Siao Yi Chang, Jiu Jiu and of course mummy and daddy, were heading to the Penang Chinese Town Hall.

We reached there about 11:45am and still need to wait for a few couples for their registration. While waiting, all of us took a lot of photos together. As Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang were the last pair of that morning session, we had plenty of time shooting nice photos at the common area.

We had bought a set of bed sheets and comforter for Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang as a gift for their ROM. It was shared among all the Yi Yis and Jiu Jiu. We hope Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang would like it.

At around 12:30noon, we entered the ceremony hall and started the ROM ceremony. Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang were started their swear in front of all the witnesses. Both fathers were witnessed the marriage certificate and Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang signed their marriage certificate. Both of them are declared as official husband and wife. Warmest wishes to Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang!!! Congratulations!!!

The whole ceremony took about half an hour. At around 1pm, we were heading to StarView Restaurant for lunch together. Si Yi Yi and Si Yi Chang also invited Grandpa and Grandma to join us for the lunch. All of us had a great moment together.
