18 & 19 April 2009 - Weekend

It was another weekly updated blog. Normally, there is no special activity on weekday, so mummy only updated Chee Chee's blog on the weekend functions. But, this Saturday, mummy forgot to bring her camera along, therefore, no photo for those activities that we done one Saturday. As usual, we had our tumbletots gym class on Saturday morning with baby Chloe and auntie Eileen. As Chee Chee is familiar and comfortable with tumbletots program, she is able to enjoy all the activities in the class, such as climbing, walking, singing and etc. It was real fun and all of us had a great workout on this day. After the gym class, we went back for our lunch and nap. Chee Chee woke up at 4pm and had nothing to do. Therefore, mummy decided to bring Chee Chee and Poh Poh to Tesco to buy some groccery. We shopped at Tesco for about one and a half hour. We reached home quite late and mummy was quite tired. At night, we did not go out anywhere for dinner as mummy was not feeling well because her eye was swelling badly. Mummy and Chee Chee had a good and early rest on this night.

On Sunday morning, Chee Chee woke up early. Mummy's eye still not fully recovered, but she insisted to bring Chee Chee to the music class on this morning. We went to Muzikgarten at 9am. It was Chee Chee's favourite class which we wouldn't want to miss anything. Chee Chee had a great time playing with her classmates - Chloe and Zen Sian.

After the music class, we met grandpa, grandma, Suk Suk, Sen Sen and Grace mei mei for breakfast at Gurney Plaza. We had our breakfast at Kim Gary Restaurant. It was not very crowded in the restaurant because it was still early.

While waiting for the food to serve, Chee Chee followed grandma to play on the machine car. She made a new friend there. All of us enjoyed the meals and time together.

After the breakfast, we had some shopping at Toy R Us. We would like to buy a blowed swimming pool for Chee Chee and Grace mei mei. After looking through all the different choices of swimming pools, we decided to buy one with a slide and a lot of fun accesories. After shopping at Toy R Us, we also went to Mothercare shop. Grandma had bought us a lot of nice pyjamas and clothes. Thank you very much to grandma!!!

After the shopping, we went back home to have some rest. Chee Chee slept for about 2 hours and woke up fresh and energetic. She was ready for a swim. Hurray!!! Grace mei mei was dressed nicely on Chee Chee's old swimming costume which just fit her well. Chee Chee also changed her swimming suit and ready to jump into the pool.

At first, Chee Chee was a bit worry and scare, so she forced mummy to go inside the pool with her. After awhile, she found it fun playing and swimming in the pool with Grace. She was comfortably let go mummy's arm. Grace also had a great swim with her mummy as well. As it was Grace's first swim, her parent decided to let her stay in the water for 15 minutes only. It was a good try and we should do it on a weekly basis from now onwards. It is not only good for babies, but good for mummies and daddies as well.

After the swim, all of us was very hungry, therefore, we decided to go out for early dinner. We went to have steamboat dinner without bringing the 2 babies (Chee Chee and Grace) as they were too tired after a wonderful swim.

11 & 12 April - Weekend

Time flies and it was another weekend. On this Saturday, as usual, we attended our baby gym class at Tumbletots. Chee Chee started to love this gym session. At first, mummy thought of dropping this class, but since Chee Chee started to like this class, mummy has to reconsider to continue the class or not. After the gym class with baby Chloe, we went back to Poh Poh's house for breakfast. On this day, San Yi Yi was back from KL and we had a joyful time together.

On Sunday morning, it was our favourite music class again. Chee Chee woke up early and daddy came to Poh Poh's house to pick us up for the music lesson. Chee Chee really enjoyed and paid a full attention in the class. When teacher Emiline sang the song and ask them to dance, Chee Chee was dancing happily, and when she said bounced, Chee Chee just did it. And the funniest part is, when teacher Emiline said sleeping, Chee Chee really lyied on the floor and pretend sleeping. It is unbelievable and amazing to see her reaction. Mummy and daddy really enjoy the music lesson. This is the lesson that we would not want to skip.

After the music lesson, we went to Gurney Plaza to meet up Suk Suk, Sen Sen and baby Grace for breakfast. It was our great opportunity to come out together for a lovely breakfast. Baby Grace was dressed nicely and sitting in her stroller comfortably. We decided to have an outdoor breakfast at Nandos Restaurant. Grandma also came to Gurney Plaza to meet us. It was a sunny morning and all of us had a pleasure breakfast together.

After breakfast, all of us went back home for a good rest. We came out again at night during dinner time. On this night, we decided to go to New World Park for dinner. Grandma had suggested to go to Mizi Restaurant for western dinner. Baby Grace was joining the dinner outting as well. She is a big girl now and is able to join more and more activities with Chee Chee.

We reached the Mizi Restaurant a bit earlier, so we managed to get a big table for 8 of us (6 adults and 2 babies). The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. All of us had a great dinner together. After dinner, we went for a walk at the New World Park shoplots. It was a pleasure night.

10 April 2009 - Happy Anniversary to Grandpa and Grandma

10 April 2009 was a special day for Grandpa and Grandma. It was their wedding anniversary. On this night, everyone came back from work earlier and got ourselves ready for a dinner at the Japanese Restaurant in City Bayview Hotel.

On this night, Chee Chee was dressed nicely, so as baby Grace. Both little princesses were ready to celebrate this special night with Grandpa and Grandma together. This night was also baby Grace's first time came out for dinner with everyone at home.

It was a buffet dinner and we got a private room for ourselves. Baby Grace was very well behaved and she enjoyed herself in her lovely stroller most of the time. Grandpa also brought baby Grace to walk around the restaurant. It was not too crowded on this night, so all of us may enjoy a great and realxing dinner. Chee Chee was also having a great time and enjoy the food (especially the plain sticky rice) there. It is an ideal place for family dinner with our two little princesses. Anyway, all of us had a pleasure night together and Happy Anniversary to Grandpa and Grandma!!!

9 April 2009 - Thursday

On this day, mummy came back from work a bit late. After dinner, we planned to go to GMC hospital to pay auntie Elisa and her baby a visit. Congratulations to uncle Fook Hee and auntie Elisa on the arrival of baby Ryan to their family!!! Chee Chee has a new boy friend now called baby Ryan who was born on 9 April 2009.















When we arrived at GMC hospital, Chee Chee was refused to get down from the car as she thought we might come to see doctor Jessica. She recognized the hospital as a horrable place which is for injection or medication only. She was not aware that we are visiting our new baby friend. She was so worried and frustrated to see mummy carried her to the 5th floor at the maternity wad. When mummy knocked on auntieElisa's room, Chee Chee started to cry out loud. She refused to enter to the room until mummy and daddy trying to calm her down. After a few minutes, uncle Hun Lin and auntie Mindy were there. When Chee Chee saw everybody chatting happily and there was no doctor or nurse around, she started to relax and release. We had a great chat with all the uncles and aunties and talking about the labour process that auntie Elisa went through. At around 9pm, we saw a nurse pushed Prince Ryan to the room for feeding. It is nice to meet baby Ryan. As we do not want to disturb auntie Elisa and baby Ryan, we left quite soon. We are sure that we will meet up with baby Ryan some other time. Get good rest and congratulations once again to uncle Fook Hee and auntie Elisa!















After visiting baby Ryan at GMC hospital, Chee Chee was quite stress. Therefore, mummy decided bring Chee Chee to Gurney Plaza for a drink. When Chee Chee saw our car entered into the Gurney Plaza carpark, she was so excited and shouted "Hurray!". We can see a very clear different reaction when Chee Chee went to GMC hospital and Gurney Plaza. It was so much enjoyable and cheerful to come to Gurney Plaza. We went to A&W for a waffle and drink. It was a great night.
