5 April 2009 - Sunday

Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Finally Chee Chee can go back to her Muzikgarten Class on this Sunday morning. It has been a long long time that Chee Chee had stopped the lesson. Since Chee Chee got the chicken pox, we had stopped the lesson for nearly 3 months. Chee Chee missed teacher Emeline and her classmates so much. All of them looks different and mature now, baby Chloe is taller now and Zhen Sian can talk and walk steadily now. Chee Chee enjoyed the lesson so much and we just can't wait for the next lesson.

After the class, all of us were very hungry, so we decided to join Suk Suk, Sen Sen and baby Grace for breakfast. They had their breakfast at Coffee Beans but since we were going to Gurney Plaza, they decided to meet us there as well. It was a sunny morning.

Mummy choosed to have our breakfast at Winter Warmers. While waiting for the food, Chee Chee was running around and meeting a lot of kids there. Suk Suk and Sen Sen also having a great time bringing baby Grace for a lovely walk. All of us was enjoying ourselves and it was a refreshing morning.

After breakfast, grandma also came to Gurney Plaza to meet us for some window shopping. We bought some nice stuffs and had a great walk on this day. After shopping, we went back for our lunch and have some rest at home.

At night, it was raining heavily. Grandpa and grandma had their dinner appointment with friends. Daddy, mummy, Suk Suk and Sen Sen were lazy to change and go out for dinner, therefore, we decided to call for pizza delivery. Chee Chee and baby Grace were so happy that daddy and mummy were staying at home and playing with them. After the dinner, Suk Suk taught Chee Chee and baby Grace the mandarin flashcard. It was a joyful night.

4 April 2009 - Saturday

Good morning to everyone, Chee Chee woke up early this morning and got ready herself by 9am. We were waiting for baby Chloe and auntie Eileen to join us for breakfast before the Tumbletots gym class. Poh Poh had prepared some noodle soup and toasts for breakfast.

After the healthy and nice breakfast, we departed at 9:30am for our gym class. This day, we reached the class earlier. Chee Chee was so excited and hyper-active today. She had tried all the settings prepared for the gym today. It was a great exercise for her.

After the class, we went back Poh Poh's house around 11am. We had our lunch earlier before going to bed. After lunch, Chee Chee was helping kakak Katya to clean up the floor. She is a big girl now who is able to help on houseworks. Great job my girl!!!

Chee Chee had an afternoon nap until 3:30pm. When she woke up, mummy decided to bring Chee Chee to Midland Popular Bookshop for some book fair. We went to the book fair with Poh Poh, Jiu Jiu and Siao Yi Yi. Chee Chee met a lot of kids there and mummy had bought some books at the very reasonable price.

At night, Chee Chee joined grandpa and grandma to Gurney Plaza for their dinner and some window shopping. Mummy and daddy went out with their friends for dinner. It was a great Saturday.

3 April 2009 - Friday night

As usual, mummy normally would go back to Poh Poh's house for dinner on Friday night. It was the same as well on this Friday, daddy, grandpa and grandma also joined us for dinner at Poh Poh's house. Poh Poh had cooked a lot of nice food and all of us had a great dinner together.

After dinner, we had some fruits and was chit chatting at the balcony area. It was a great night. After that, daddy, grandpa and grandma went home but Chee Chee and mummy were staying overnight at Poh Poh's house. We have to wake up early on the next day morning for our Tumbletots class.

2 April 2009 - Dinner with 2nd grand-uncle and uncle Selwin

On this night, mummy came back from work earlier as we had a dinner appointment with 2nd grand-uncle and uncle Selwin. They were back from Jakarta to Penang.

All of us went to Oriental Restaurant at Gurney Drive for dinner. It was Chee Chee's first time visit this restaurant. It was raining heavily but it did not stop us for going to meet up 2nd grand-uncle and uncle Selwin. We reached the restaurant at 8pm. It was a nice restaurant with a lot of seafoods displayed. Chee Chee was so excited and curious to see all the marine animals. It was like visiting an aquarium.

The food was delicious but we are not sure about the price because grandma settled the bill. Thank you so much to grandma and Chee Chee had a pleasure night. She hopes everyone enjoys the dinner and time together as well.

29 March 2009 - Chee Chee is 17 months old

My dearest baby is 17 months old now. Chee Chee is a big and well behaved girl who actually can do a lot of things be herself, such as holding the milk bottle, inform us that she wants to pass urine or past motion, inform us what she wants, eg: to watch "Bee Movie" or "Pocoyo", greeting everyone at home accurately and a lot more. She can speaks about 30 words now. Although, sometimes she may be out of control, but still manageble. Overall, she is growing up fast and great. Off course, there is no month birth "month" celebration but mummy would like to record down all the Chee Chee's growing process and development.

28 March 2009 - Lovely weekend

Hurray, it was Saturday again. Saturday is our activites day. As usual, we attended the Tumbletots baby gym class in the morning with Chloe and auntie Eileen. Auntie Eileen and Chloe came to Poh Poh's house for breakfast and all of us went to the gym class together. Chee Chee was so happy and excited to play with her baby friends in the gym class. It was a great exercise opportunity for Chee Chee and mummy as well.

After the gym class, we went back for a rest. Chee Chee woke up at 1pm and had her lunch at Poh Poh's house. After lunch, mummy and Chee Chee were dressed quite similar (white shirt) as we had an appointment with auntie Hooi Hooi and her baby boy, Jayden. It has been long long time Chee Chee did not meet up with Jayden. They must become a good friend next time as mummy and auntie Hooi Hooi are very good friend.

After meeting up with Jayden and auntie Hooi Hooi, we went back for a nap. At night, we had another dinner appointment with daddy's good friends. We had a very nice and romantic dinner together. After the dinner, we went to Coffee Island at Gurney Drive. This was Chee Chee's first time joining daddy and mummy for late night activity. We had enjoyed our time at Coffee Island until 12 mid night.

27 March 2009 - Great grandma's 1 year memorial day

27 March 2009 was the one year memorial day for Chee Chee's great grandmother. Time flies so fast that Chee Chee's great grandmother had passed away for a year already.

This day was a special day, but mummy was not informed so she did not apply for a day leave on this day. Therefore, mummy was unable to join the praying ceremony. On this day, Chee Chee woke up early and dressed herself nicely as she would be following daddy and Yeh Yeh to the praying ceremony. All of us (except for mummy) went to great grandma's house at Air Itam and all the grand-uncles and grand-aunties had prepared for the praying ceremony. Chee Chee followed daddy for the whole ceremony. It was a memorable day which mummy glads that Chee Chee attended the ceremony on behalf of mummy as well.

25 & 26 March 2009 - Happy Birthday Poh Poh!!!

25 March 2009 was Poh Poh's birthday. Poh Poh, Happy Birthday and Chee Chee loves you always!!!

On this day, mummy had to attend a conference meeting at night, so we were unable to celebrate Poh Poh's birthday on the exact date. So, we decided to postpone the celebration to the next day which was 26 March 2009.

On this day, mummy came back from work earlier and everyone got ready by 7pm. We had our birthday dinner at Starview Restaurant in New World Park. All of us attended the celebration dinner and 14 of us was seated at one big table. It was a warm and delicious dinner. We did not buy any special birthday present for Poh Poh but all the Yi Yis and mummy shared the dinner bill. We believe that Poh Poh doesn't mind for not having a present, because all of us love her very much. Happy Birthday to Poh Poh once again!!!
