New camera and nice photos to share

As daddy just bought a new camera few weeks ago, recently, both of them were busy learning on how to use the semi-professional camera. Of course, Chee Chee is their main and only model. As they were still in the learning process, so the results of the photos still not very perfect.

Mummy did not pay much attention when the salesman teach them on using the camera, so the photos taken by mummy were not as good as daddy, but great efforts as well. Below are photos taken by mummy:

9 March 2009 - Monday Public Holiday

This day was a public holiday and everyone was not working on this day. Therefore, all of us woke up early and went to Gurney Plaza for breakfast together. Chee Chee was dressed nicely and wore her favourite sunglasses on this morning. We were having our breakfast at Manila Place.Chee Chee had a great run around the walkway.

After the breakfast, we did some window shopping and Chee Chee had a great run in the shopping mall. In the afternoon, we went back to Poh Poh's house for lunch and we spend a precious time at Poh Poh's house.

At night, we were looking for an indoor place for dinner. At the end, we decided to go to Gurney again for Kim Gary dinner.

Initially, mummy had ordered a toasted sandwish for Chee Chee. But the sandwish was too hot for Chee Chee, so mummy got a plate and shared her noodles soup with Chee Chee. Chee Chee loves the noodles very much and she is able to hold the spoon and fork to feed herself. She is doing great.

8 March 2009 - Sunday

Hurray, it is Sunday again!!! On this day morning, Chee Chee woke up early as she has been long long time never followed grandpa and grandma to Islang Plaza for dim sum breakfast. On this day morning, Chee Chee was so excited as she was realised and can go out to anywhere she likes.

As usual, all of us went to Island Plaza for dim sum breakfast. Gong Gong, Poh Poh, Si Yi Yi and Siao Yi Yi were joining us for breakfast as well. After breakfast, mummy and Chee Chee went to the supermarket for some groccery shopping. After shopping, we went back home for some rest. As Chee Chee was only recovered from chicken pox for 3 weeks, we still preferred not to go to music class yet.

In the afternoon, Uncle Ghee and his family came to our house to visit baby Grace. Chee Chee was so happy to play with her cousin sisters and brother. Baby Grace was taking her sweet time sleeping all the time. It is really warm and happy to have a new family member. Everyone was so glad and happy to meet baby Grace. Chee Chee was so excited to meet so many relatives and cousins. She also had a great time playing and touching Mei Mei Grace.

After Uncle Ghee and family left, all of us went to our room and have a nap. After an hour, Gong Gong called and they all wanted to come to see baby Grace as well.

Although, there were so many people came to visit baby Grace and keep praising her, but baby Grace just ignoring them and was taking her sweet time sleeping all the time. It is really warm and happy to have a new family member at home. Everyone was so glad and happy to meet baby Grace.

At night, Chee Chee was joining grandpa, grandma, daddy, mummy and suk suk for dinner at Ryoma Japanese Restaurant. Baby Grace and Sen Sen still unable to join us as they were still in confinement period. Just wait another few weeks later, when baby Grace is fullmoon, then from then onwards, she will be joining all the outdoor activities with us. On this night, mummy had ordered a steam egg (cawa mushi) for Chee Chee. Chee Chee is a big girl now and she can start joining the food on dining table. She is very happy to enjoy all the good foods now.

After dinner, we went to Metrojaya at Island Plaza for some shopping. Suk Suk needs to buy some baby stuffs for baby Grace. Chee Chee was enjoying herself shopping around the kids area. It was a wonderful day.

7 March 2009 - Saturday

Chee Chee already had the chicken pox for 3 weeks and it was time to go to Doctor Jessica for another checkup. We were unsure whether Chee Chee still need to be quarantine from interact with people for how long and whether she can go back home to meet Grace or not. So, on this day, we decided to bring her to visit doctor for further checkup and confirmation.

As usual, Chee Chee hates to visit doctor as she had bad experiences previously. But after being quarantined for 3 weeks, Chee Chee was excited that she can go out from home. After changed and wore her shoes, she kept holding her bags and wanted to go out. She was not aware that she needed to visit doctor on this day.

We spend 2 hours at hospital and Chee Chee took her booster jap as well. She cried but not as bad as last time, as she is a big and brave girl now. Doctor Jessica confirmed that Chee Chee is fully recovered from chicken pox and she can goes to public now. Hurray!!! No more quarantine for Chee Chee, yippi......

After visiting Doctor Jessica, Chee Chee went back to Poh Poh's house for lunch and to pack her things back home. Daddy and mummy went to Prangin Mall to buy a camera as they need a better camera to take Chee Chee's daily photos. Daddy decided to buy a semi-professional camera and learn how to take better photos. So, from now onwards, mummy will share more nice and artistics photos.

In the evening, Chee Chee was showered and dressed nicely to go home to meet baby Grace. It was first time for Chee Chee to meet her cousin sister, baby Grace in person. All of us was very excited. It is really nice to meet you, Mei Mei (baby Grace is Chee Chee's cousin sister, so Chee Chee calls her Mei Mei). Chee Chee was so happy to have a Mei Mei to play with her from now onwards. Both of them will be sharing the room and everything. Chee Chee loves Mei Mei so much!!!

After meeting Mei Mei, Chee Chee was enjoying herself and spending a sweet time playing in her room. She missed her room so much after 3 weeks staying at Poh Poh's house. It was a long seperate and Chee Chee was sort of unfamiliar with her room. On this night, Chee Chee was sleeping with daddy and mummy. She was a bit uncomfort sleeping at her playpen and woke up a few times at night. It might takes sometimes for Chee Chee to comfort herself.

27 February 2009 - Welcome mummy back to Penang

On this night, mummy came back from Singapore after a week of business trip. Chee Chee was so excited as she missed her mummy so much (actually was mummy that missed Chee Chee too much). Mummy came back at 8pm and she went back home to meet baby Grace first. As for Chee Chee, she was still under quarantined at Poh Poh's house due to chicken pox. It was mummy's first time meeting baby Grace. She is so lovely and pretty.

After mummy had unpacked herself and took a bath, she came to Poh Poh's house with a lot of souvenirs from Singapore. Ta Yi Yi had bought a lot of cute and nice gifts for Chee Chee, such as bag, puzzle, baby biscuits and etc. Thank you so much to Ta Yi Yi, Ta Yi Chang, Chuan Zheng Koh Koh and Zi Ning Jie Jie.

Chee Chee was quite fully recovered from her chicken pox after 2 weeks. However, there were still some scars and dry spots on her back and head. Overall, she was recovering quite well and fast.
